This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from nurished.com (the “Site”).

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

- Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
- When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

RIGHT TO BE FORGOTTEN, TO KNOW, AND TO THE DELETION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
You have several rights regarding your personal information and your relationship with Nurished, including the right to be forgotten, the right to know, and the right to have your personal information deleted.
You have the right to know what personal information about You We possess, obtain said personal information, and to have that personal information deleted. You may submit requests for any of the above by sending a request through your account, by sending a request to hello@nurished.com, or via mail, addressed to “Support Services” and mailed to 600 Quality Drive, American Fork Utah US 84003. If you do not have an account with us, we must verify your identity. In order to do so, with your request, please provide us with at least two of the following: your full name, mailing address, e-mail address, phone number (including area code), account number or order number (if you have placed an order with us).
If we are unable to verify your identity with the information you provide us, we will be unable to accommodate your request and your request will be denied.
We will confirm to You that we have received your request within ten (10) business days we receive your request. We will respond to your request within 45 days of the date of your request. Depending on your request, we also have the right to extend that time another 45 days.
An agent for a consumer may exercise these rights on behalf of the consumer by complying with the above instructions and additionally providing sufficient evidence of the principal-agent relationship.
If you are the parent/guardian of a child under 13 years old and are submitting a request for your child’s information, you must provide evidence that you are the child’s parent/guardian. For instance, we may require proof of the credit/debit card transaction, a phone call, video conference, or other means reasonably calculated to provide such assurances.
