Refund policy
Returns
Products can be returned within 30 days of receiving.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We cannot accept returns of opened products for health & safety reasons. In most cases, customers in Canada will be responsible for generating return label and associated shipping fees due to website platform's limitations on creating international return labels.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange unopened products for an item/flavor of matching price send us an email at hello@nurished.com and we will review. Customers may be responsible for return and/or additional shipping costs, determination will be made on a case by case basis. If you are sending product/s back mail your item/s to:

You may be responsible for the shipping costs of the product you are returning. Each case will be examined on a case by case basis.
